At PerfectCart, all our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damaged or Defective Product?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was shown on the website, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll review your case and offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
Wrong Product Received?
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photos. We'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
