Free shipping on all orders above ₹399 — applies to both Prepaid and COD orders. A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies on orders below ₹399. No hidden fees or surprise charges at checkout.

COD is available across India. Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment needed — simple and hassle-free!

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. During sale periods, festivals, or high-demand days, processing may take slightly longer.

Once dispatched, your order is typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or hard-to-reach pin codes may take a few extra days.

You'll receive tracking details via Email, WhatsApp, and SMS once your order is shipped. Use the tracking link to monitor your order status in real time. You can also track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct before placing your order. PerfectCart is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an address issue, re-shipping charges may apply.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our support team will keep you updated and assist wherever possible.

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. From Kashmir to Kanyakumari — we've got you covered!
