PerfectCart (perfectcart.in) is an Indian D2C brand that sells printed deskpads and mousepads. All products are made in India and shipped across the country.

→ All products listed are subject to availability
→ Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
→ We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice
→ Discounts and offers are auto-applied at checkout and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion

Orders & Payment

→ We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD)
→ Once an order is placed and confirmed, it will be processed for dispatch
→ Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
→ Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Custom Orders

Custom-printed deskpads and mousepads are made to your specifications. Please ensure your uploaded design and selected size are correct before placing the order.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

→ Free shipping on all orders above ₹399 (Prepaid & COD)
→ A flat ₹100 shipping charge applies on orders below ₹399
→ Orders dispatched within 1–3 business days
→ Typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location

Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds on delivered products. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.
